At football we had to run, because of a teammate was talking back to a teacher. We didn’t know at first we came out in our pads and got on the field and the coach says get on the goal line. We are all starting to worry. When we get there he explains what happened at says sprint to the 40 yd line, GO! We take of sprinting and continue doing this for about 10 times then he says get your breath because we are running more. Then we have to run to the opposite end-zone, back, then there again. Next he says bare crawl to the opposite end-zone but we have to stop and somersault every 10 yd mark. I finish, I see people are throwing up and quitting, but they come back strong and finish. Finally he says run the to every 20 yd intervals and do 20 starburst. Now we are done with running, but practice continues on.
